流民社会与城中村犯罪

城中村的犯罪问题是当前我国城市化过程中一个亟待解决的现实问题。而城中村犯罪的主体则是那些离乡的流民。由于城中村本身既是农村又在城中的特性,导致其成为外来流民聚居的主要场所,并且逐步形成了一个流民社会。由于城中村以及流民社会有其自身特点,因此社会管理在这样的区域就成为难题。而流民社会也酝酿形成了与城市社会格格不入的流民文化。正是在这两个因素的作用下,流民犯罪成为城中村治理的难点。
