| Abstract: | Report has a positive significance for preventing and punishing corruption,safeguarding the dignity of the law.In recent years,vindictive act against tipster has been frequently reported by media.In order to better carry out the work of informants,we should take strict measures to protect the confidentiality and establish a long-term mechanism for the protection of the informants. |
