| 摘 要： | 在各类交通事故中 ,因偷盗车辆、转借、租赁、承包、擅自私用、分期付款买卖而驾驶车辆所发生的交通事故情形较多 ,交通事故赔偿责任主体的确定问题历来争议较大 ,是交通事故赔偿案中的难点 ,我们有必要比较研究国外道路交通事故损害赔偿责任主体的界定 ,以弥补现行立法存在的不足。
