政校企合作视野下的高职校园文化建设

当前高职院校的校园文化存在定位不准、缺乏特色、重实践轻素养等问题,在建设过程中往往是校方单方面的作为,缺乏多方支持,显得力不从心。《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》中明确指出＂政府主导、市场引导、产教融合、校企合作＂是加快我国职业教育的基本原则。高职院校作为我国职业教育的主要力量,在校园文化建设方面也必须建立＂政校企＂三方联动机制。在校园文化建设中可以联合政府和企业共同作为校园文化建设的主体,将区域文化和企业文化融入校园文化建设,更加注重学生的综合素质的提升,走一条特色鲜明的文化建设之路。

The Construction of Campus Culture in Senior Vocational Colleges Studied with the View of College-enterprise Cooperation

Nowadays, campus culture in senior vocational colleges shows problems such as incorrect definition, lack of features, emphasizing on practice but neglecting qualities, and so on. In construction, only colleges make efforts, and they feel the work difficult due to lack of support. According to ＂The State Council＇s Decision on Quickening the Development of Modern Vocational Education＂, ＂dominance from the government, guidance from the market, combination of production and teaching, and college-enterprise cooperation＂will be our fundamental principle to quicken the development of vocational education. As the main force of vocational education, senior vocational colleges should set up the cooperation mechanism from government, colleges and enterprises. When constructing campus culture, we should make efforts in the following aspects so as to find an approach with clear features. First, we can combine government and enterprises and take them as the main body to conduct the work. Second, we can absorb regional culture and enterprise culture into the construction of campus construction. Third, we should focus on improving the students＇ comprehensive qualities.
