| 摘 要： | 环首都外管区域警务合作机制,是当下公安外管社会管理创新的重要实践探索.但由于受到合作各方经济水平、治理理念、外管形势特点与警务工作思路等因素的制约,京、津、冀、晋、蒙、辽、鲁逐步推进的区域外管合作机制也受到了影响.本文以当前环首都区域警务合作的现状为切入点,剖析了环首都圈外管区域警务合作的制约因素及原因,最后针对存在问题拟提出相关对策及建议,以期为实践探索提供理论依据.
