| Abstract: | During the first decade after the ending of the cold war,Japan has remained number one of all DAC countries in terms of ODA spending.Employing this as a diplomatic tool,Japan has being trying to seek permanent membership of the UN Security Council,we can,therefore,see that from its initial attempt to gain economically,Japan is now trying to score politically also. |
