论侦查活动中的批判性思维

批判性思维是一种特殊的反思性认识活动。侦查的科学属性决定了批判性思维在整个侦查活动中的重要作用。批判性思维对于侦查人员来说。是提高认知能力的重要工具。是理性纠错的必要保证。是创新能力形成的重要源泉。批判性思维由批判性思维技能和批判精神两个方面构成。就侦查活动而言。侦查人员更应注重批判性思维技能的应用。并把握三点：全面审查判断信息及其来源；学会多视角地进行批判性思考；不断反思自己和他人的思维模式。

On Critical Thinking in Investigations

Critical thinking is a special reflectional recognition.The scientific feature of investigation decides its important function in the whole investigation.As for investigators,critical investigation is an important tool for improving recognition ability,a necessary guarantee for rational correction,a significant source for cultivating creative ability.Critical thinking consists of two parts;as far as investigations are concerned,investigators should attach much importance to application of critical thinking skills',and command following points as well: generally examine and judge information and its source,learn to consider from all points of view critically,constantly reflect on mode of thinking of one's own and others'.
