在建立和完善市场经济的新形势下,社会主义文化在我国已经居于主导地位。但是,由于种种复杂的原因,许多地区还存在着一些危害农村社会稳定和经济发展的不利因素,各级党政机构及其领导同志必须提高认识,加强领导,重视对农民的教育,开展精神文明建设活动,扎扎实实地做好各项工作,统筹规划,建设文明和谐的社会主义新农村。
