| 摘 要： | 上海市区道路交通堵塞情况日趋严重,针对市中心区行驶车辆的变化,根据道路车速的限制和机动车道的宽度等实际情况,可运用非工程性建设、改造措施,通过缩小机动车道原有规划设计的宽度,增加机动车车道的手段,挖掘现有道路的潜力。

| Abstract: | Traffic jam in urban center of Shanghai is becoming more and more serious. In light of the variation of the passing vehicles in the urban center, the speed limits and the width of the driveway, we can, by narrowing the originally designed width and increase mobile ways, apply non - project construction and rebuilding measures to dredging up the present road potential. |
