| Abstract: | Compared with Regulation of Public Order Administration,there are new changes in Penalty Law of Public Order Administration in many aspects such as the purpose of legislation,concept of solving a case,comprehensive management,the categories,applications,and procedures of penalties in the administration of public order.The new changes have further developed the administrative law enforcement of public order and should be well understood so as to ensure the effective enforcement of the law. |
