对“宪法——富强”思维范式的再思考

20世纪80年代以来的中国，实行以经济建设为中心，坚持改革和开放的经济政策，制定和完善了保障财产权的法律法规，使人们获得了广泛的经济自由以及私有财产的安全，这不仅向立宪主义的价值迈出了实质性的一步，而且使我国获得了持续二十多年的经济繁荣，并验证了个人自由对于经济发展和社会进步的巨大推动作用。

Rethinking to the Thought of "Constitution-Prosperity"

From the 1980s,Chinese people have been implementing reforming and opening and focused on the central task of economic constructure. Laws and regulations that protect property rights are enacted and reversed. Consequently,people get extensive economic freedom and separate estates' safety. These policies and laws do not only lead China to approaching the value of constitutionalism but also make our country last 20 years' economic boom persistently.
