| Abstract: | In the research of the Pre-qin thoughts, the system of the law philosophy of Mo Zi was not recognized and presented. The discussion makes it clear that the base of his law philosophy is his epistemology,his method for its mechanical function lies in the mathematical analysis, which shows itself as the logic.Meanwhile the system of the definitions plays the role of the guarantor of its function in the jurisprudence. |
