| 摘 要： | 施工企业基于其自身特点和行业性质的特殊性，决定了存在投标履约保证金数额大、质押时间长，加之工程工期长，成本管理、控制链长，工程竣工但业主资金不足，造成应收款的回收难度大等财务风险。结合施工企业的特点，从资金结构、预算管理、成本控制、工程竣工结算等方面对施工企业财务风险的成因、防范及对策进行分析和探讨。
