| 摘 要： | 饭店业对职业经理人的需求已变得愈来愈迫切。从供给的角度来讲,目前我国职业经理人的现状并不乐观。由于种种原因,我国饭店业中绝大多数管理层的职业化程度不高,因此培养一支专业的经理人队伍迫在眉睫。
