| 摘 要： | 西部大开发战略的实施 ,离不开国有资本的投入和国有经济力量的发挥。通过各种改革措施盘活西部地区国有资产 ,搞活国有经济 ,是西部大开发的一条重要途径。本文就国有经济在西部大开发中的职能和作用以及西部地区国有企业的改革对策等有关问题进行了论述。

| Abstract: | The strategy of the western development can not carry out without the state capital participating and the effect of the state-owned economy.It is an important way to develop the western to bring vigor into the state assets and invigorate the state-owned economy for the western by various reform measures.This article discusses the function and effect of the western state economy in the western edveloping strategy,as well as puts forward the suggestion about the reformation of the western state_owned enterprises. |
