| 摘 要： | 成人的学习动机存在着性别差异，主要表现在学习动机取向、职业取向、外界期望取向、竞争取向和社会交往取向等方面。本文基于对男女性别在学习动机上差异性的研究，提出在成人教育的政策、教育的内容、教育的过程等方面都应当区别对待。
