| 摘 要： | 新媒体技术的迅猛发展及应用，对青年学生获取信息、交往、学习、个性展现等产生了深远的影响，也给高校共青团工作带来了机遇与挑战。面对新形势，应充分发挥新旧媒体的综合效能，运用新媒体技术创新高校共青团工作手段，加强校园网络文化建设和信息素养教育，从而主动占领高校思想政治教育阵地。

| Abstract: | The rapid development and the applications of new mass media technology have not only caused far profound impact on the youth students in the following aspects such as acquiring information, communication, learning, and presentation of their personalities, but also brought opportunities to the work of Communist Youth league in universities. Faced with the new situation, we should exert the integrated functions of both new and old mass media, innovate new ways for the work of Communist Youth league in universities by applying new mass media technology, and strengthen the construction of online culture on campus as well as the education on information qualities, so as to occupy the field of ideological education in universities. |
