反思我国公务员录用规定

根据《公务员法》制定的《公务员录用规定（试行）》引起了人们对公务员录用工作的诸多思考。与《国家公务员暂行条例》及《国家公务员录用暂行规定》相比，《公务员法》及《公务员录用规定（试行）》对于公务员录用之规定，整体内容更全面，部分要求更明确，相关规定更科学。同时，在录用原则、考试制度等方面存在不足之处，需进一步予以完善。
