党内监督存在的问题及对策

党内监督就是依照党章和国家法律法规,通过检查、评价、揭露、举报和处理等方式对党员干部的道德水平、党员权利的保障落实、党规党纪的执行情况、领导干部运用权力等情况进行的监察和督促,其核心是对权力运行进行监督。目前,党内监督的体制和机制还不够完善,因此要从教育内容、教育形式和考核方式上入手,加强党风廉政教育;从监督机构改革、智能化防腐等方面入手,完善党内监督机制;充分发挥民主党派、人民团体监督、群众监督和舆论监督等党外监督的作用。纪检监察部门要开创性地开展工作,充分发挥党内监督和党外监督的合力,加大对重要领域、部门和岗位的监督,营造良好的政治环境。

What＇s more, we should give full play to the supervision roles of outer parties, such as the supervision from democratic parties, people＇s organizations, public scrutiny, and public opinions. The discipline inspection and supervision departments should carry out the work creative- ly, take advantage of the joint power of inter and outer Party supervision, and strengthen the supervision of important areas, de- partments and posts so as to create favorable political atmosphere.
