| 摘 要： | 民主议事是贯彻党的"依靠"方针的重要形式,是调动职工当家理财积极性的有效途径.湘潭钢铁集团有限公司在全面推行厂务公开工作中,突出抓民主议事的完善和运行,议大事,议难事,调动职工积极性,不仅推进了民主政治建设,促进了扭亏解困增效,而且使职工的素质不断得到提高.
