脑死亡后神经细胞溶酶体酸性磷酸酶变化的研究

摘    要:在颅内高压致脑死亡动物模型基础上采用酶细胞化学技术对脑死后不同水平神经细胞溶酶体酸性磷酸酶(AcidPhosphatase,ACP)活性变化和定位分布作了同步观察.结果显示,脑死亡后神经细胞ACP活性先增高,继而逐渐降低乃至消失,以大脑和小脑神经细胞为著;脑干神经细胞ACP一直保持较高活性;脑死亡9h内ACP定位无改变.表明神经元ACP活性改变可能是脑死亡神经病理学变化的发病机制之一.

Abstract:This study,using cytochemistical t echnique,investigated alteration s of activity and localization of acid phosphatase(ACP)in different part neurons of brain after brain death.The results showed t hat ACP activity began to increase,then reduce and disappear,in cerebral and cerebellar neurons.After the brain death,however,it was main-tained higher activity in brain stem neurons.In contrast,the localization of ACP did not change 9hours after brain death.These results indicated that the changes of ACP in neurons contrib uted to neuropathologic proccess of brain death.
