| Abstract: | During the course for constructing the well - to - do society in an all - round way and the course for speeding up and carrying forward the socialist modernization with the Chinese characteristics, the trade union should put the spirit of the Sixteenth People's Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) implement into the various works taking the representation and maintenance of the rights and interests of the staff and workers and masses as the key work by operation of law in accordance with the requirements of the important thought of the Three Representatives . |
