| 摘 要： | 良好的医患关系是医疗单位开展医疗活动的基础,而当前造成医患关系紧张的原因是多方面的,既有政府方面的原因,又有患者和医生方面的原因,也有新闻媒体和法律方面的原因。发生医疗纠纷后应当通过正确适用法律以解决医患之间的矛盾。为了减少医患纠纷,应当完善相关法律法规,加强医生和患者的沟通和信任以建设和谐的医患关系。

| Abstract: | Good relationship between doctors and patients is the foundation for medical units to do their work well. But a number of reasons result in strained relationship between doctors and patients. When medical tangles occur, proper legal application is the way to solve the problem. Therefore, relative laws and regulations shuld be perfected to construct harmonius relationship between doctors and patients. |
