| 摘 要： | 近几年来，委托理财成为我国经济生活中不可忽视的重要现象，投资人委托专业金融机构进行理财是一种安全高效的资本运作方式，但是由于我国委托理财业务开展得较晚，法律法规与相关配套制度也不够完善，委托理财业务在实施的过程中产生了一系列问题。

| Abstract: | In resent years, it is a matter of cardinal significance to manage finances on commission in our economic life. Managing finances on commission through financial setup is a safe and effective way of capital appreciation. However, it has produce bad results for managing finances on commission through financial setup because of coming late and imperfect laws and regulations. |
