新中国外交学学科建设与研究

文章对新中国成立以来50多年的“外交学学科建设与研究”进行了回顾,并以1978年底为界划分为两大阶段。 前30年中国外交学走过了曲折路程,改革开放后的20多年取得了巨大成绩。文章对当前国内的研究状况进行了分析,指 出存在的外交学学术性格不鲜明等四大问题,作者还提出了相关的建议,展望外交学发展的良好机遇已经到来。

The Construction of and Research into the Discipline of Diplomacy of New China

This article gives a review on "the construction of and research into the discipline of diplomacy" in the past 50-plus years since the foundation of new China, and divides this work into two phases with the year of 1978 being the dividing point. During the first phase, development of the discipline of diplomacy was not smooth sailing, while in the past 20-plus years, enormous achievements have been obtained since the reform and opening up. The article analyzes the present situation of the research in China and points out four problems, such as the unclear characteristics of this discipline. Furthermore, the author puts forward some suggestions and forecasts that there has come the opportunity for the development of the discipline of diplomacy.
