| 摘 要： | 行政监察制度是国家设立的关于行政监察的专门法律制度 ,其主要内容包括行政监察机构和行政监察权。我国行政监察制度建立较晚 ,其机构设置和职权范围与外国行政监察制度有较大差异 ,这使比较和借鉴成为可能。通过对中外行政监察制度的比较 ,可资借鉴如下 :一、加大行政监察力度 ;二、统一行政监察权 ;三、适当扩大行政监察权

| Abstract: | Administrative Supervision System (ASS) is a special system constituted by state. It contains executive department & lawful right of Administrative Supervision. The ASS is established a bit late in China.Its setting limits of function and power differ from ASS of foreign countries. Therefore it is possible to compare and use for reference from foreign ASS. Based on the above viewpoints, the article suggests that we should enhance executive forces of ASS and centralize the right of ASS and extend the right of ASS. |
