| 摘 要： | 在新的历史时期，公安工作面临的任务要求和社会环境发生了巨大的改变。处于信息大流动背景下的公安机关，必须改变传统的思想观念和工作思维，以更加积极主动、透明开放、公正规范、和谐亲民的姿态，不断寻求警民沟通、理解、支持的渠道，努力构建适应新形势的警察公共关系。

Police organs, in the setting of information flow, have to change the traditional idea and working thinking and strive to construct police-citizen relation that adapts to the new situation by successively seeking police- citizen communication, understanding and support. |
