试论弱势群体的成因与职工权益保障

“弱势群体”是我国经济体制变革过程中阶段性的产物,造成职工群体中部分体力劳动者弱势的原因,主要是劳动力市场供大于求和经济体制转换过程中由于职工权益保障机制的不完善所造成的落差。强化工会维护职能,完善法制建设,保障职工的各项合法权益,是保护“弱势群体”的关键。
