| 摘 要： | 我国社团年检制度存在着管理主体缺位、管理对象不全面等缺陷。对这些缺陷进行分析可以发现其背后的双重管理体制存在着深刻的危机。这要求对非营利组织管理体制进行改革。

| Abstract: | Double management is the characteristic of the management system of Chinese NPOs whose daily mode is the NPO's Annual Checking System.However,there are such defects as absence of managers and so forth in the NPO's Annual Checking System which reflects the profound crisis in the management system of Chinese NPOs. Therefore,it is time to reform the current management system. |
