| 摘 要： | 马克思的"重新建立个人所有制"指的就是建立社会主义社会的公有制(社会所有制)。"社会主义社会的公有制"不同于"过渡时期的公有制"。只有到了马克思讲的消灭了阶级差别的社会主义社会,全社会的劳动者才能作为无阶级差别的个人联合为"社会个人",实现"社会个人所有制"(社会所有制),即"重新建立个人所有制"。现实社会主义中的公有制,实际上是"过渡时期的公有制",因而用重建个人所有制或社会所有制思想指导过渡时期公有制的改革在理论上是不适当的,由此而论证股份制是公有制也是不能成立的。

| Abstract: | Marx reconstructing individual ownership refers to constructing socialist public ownership,which is different from the one in transitional period.Not until the socialist society in which there are no classes,remarked by Marx,can all the workers without class difference in the world be united as social individuals to realize social individual ownership,that is,to reconstruct individual ownership.The public ownership in the real socialist society,as a matter of fact,is the system in transitional period.Therefore,it is improper,theoretically,to use the thought of reconstructing individual ownership or social ownerhsip to guide the reform of public ownership in transitional period.And it is incorrect to say that shareholding system is public ownership. |
