| 摘 要： | 随着毒品犯罪、伪造和贩卖假币犯罪、假证件犯罪等所谓“无被害人之犯罪”和多样化的网络犯罪日益突出,诱惑侦查这一特殊的侦查措施越来越受到侦查机关的青睐。研究诱惑侦查的内涵,有必要对诱惑侦查行为的特征进行全面、细致的分析,以期达到准确甄别诱惑侦查与其他侦查措施不同的目的,进而准确把握诱惑侦查,在理论研究的基础上,为侦查实务工作提供有效的指导。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the increase of the drug crime,forgery and trafficking counterfeit currency,fake certi-fication crime and various internet crime,temptation investigation has attracted more and more attentions from investiga-tion organs.It is necessary to make comprehensive and intensive analysis on the temptation investigation characteristics so as to discriminate the purpose of temptation investigation and other investigation measures accurately,and grasp the temp-tation investigation concept so as to guide the investigation work. |
