推进我国宗教法制化建设进程之探讨

我国不仅是一个多民族国家还是一个多宗教国家。宗教的长期性、群众性、民族性、国际性特点决定了我国宗教关系是十分复杂的。我国是由坚持无神论的政党——共产党领导的国家,我国没有信仰宗教的公民远远多于有宗教信仰的公民,所以,和世界上其他国家相比,我国在保障公民宗教自由方面面临着更为特殊和复杂的社会因素、政治因素和文化因素,因此需要在法制方面做出更大的努力来保护公民的宗教信仰自由。本文通过探讨在我国公民宗教信仰自由的现状和宗教信仰自由保护的困境,为保障公民的宗教信仰自由提出法制建议,以全面完善我国的法制建设进程。

The process of religious legalization construction in China

China is not only a multi-ethnic country, but also a multi-religious country. The long-term, masses, nationality, international nature of religion features make our religious relations complicated. China is led by the Communist Party, who insists on atheism. Coupled with our no religious citizens far more than religious citizens, more special and complex social factors, political and cultural factors faced by our country in the protection of citizens＂ freedom of religion when compared with other countries. Therefore we need to make greater efforts in the legal system to protect the religious freedom of citizens. Religious freedom of our citizens are protected by law, but also facing the predicament on the legal protection. So China should accelerate the protection of religious freedom in the legislative and judicial aspects of the process of legalization.
