| 摘 要： | 根据１８５例轻型颅脑损伤的法医学鉴定，证实颅骨骨折是颅内并发症的危险因素，支持临床观点。３１例颅骨骨折组，经ＣＴ发现颅内并发症的２０例，以ＥＤＨ和ＳＤＨ多见．行ＣＳＦ检查对诊断有价值．同时提出轻型颅脑损伤分级标准，依此明确轻伤评定等级．

| Abstract: | cases of minor head injury (MHI) medicolegally assessed are studied. What skull fracture is a risk factor of intracranial complication is discovered. This finding is consistent with the following clinical materials. Intracranial complications are indicated in 20 cases of 31 cases with skull fracture ay CT scanning, in which EDH and SDH are major. We present the diagnostic value of CSF examination for MHI. The assessment of injury degree, it's atandard of MHI, a classification criteria of MHI are discussed. According to these we can determine the degree of moderate injury. |
