| Abstract: | In order to improve the management level of city crisis and build a service-oriented government,it is necessary to reduce the crisis of city development,make up a new management mode of city crisis,reconfirm the roles of government in city crisis management,establish the new belief of human-oriented city management,enhance crisis warn and prevention,set up comprehensive laws and rules,call on the participation of citizens and pay regard to crisis the after treatment and finishes. |
