| 摘 要： | 在美国2006年版《国家安全战略报告》中,亚非战略是其重要组成部分。《国家安全战略报告》清晰地勾勒出亚非地缘战略(非洲、中东、南亚、中亚和东亚)的具体内涵。强调“先发制人”战略、推进亚非地区民主化战略、打击恐怖主义战略、防止大规模杀伤性武器扩散战略、促进亚非地区经济持续发展战略。2006年版《国家安全战略报告》中的亚非战略体现了国家利益和价值观的现实权衡,理想主义和现实主义并重的理论诉求。

| Abstract: | Asian-African strategy is an important component in The National Security Strategy of the USA(2006).The report emphasizes on taking "Pre-emption Strategy",advancing democratization strategy in the region of Asia and Africa,attacking terrorism strategy,preventing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction strategy and accelerating the sustainable development of economy strategy,based on its clear Asian-African geostrategic strategy which includes the region of Africa,the Middle East,South Asia,the Central Asia and East Asia.The Report is the embodiment of practical balance between national interest and values,and of equal theoretic attention paid to idealism and realism. |
