| 摘 要： | 新刑事诉讼法的颁布 ,对执法的程序要求越来越高 ,特别是庭审方式的改革 ,对现场勘查工作提出了新的要求 ,因此 ,必须改革目前的现场勘查方法 ,提高现场勘查水平 ,以适应新的要求。

| Abstract: | With the amendment of Criminal Procedural Law,the procedural requirement for law enforcement is getting higher and higher.In particular,the reform of trial pattern arose new requirement for on-spot inspection.As a result,this requires us to improve the current method of on-spot inspection and the level of on-spot inspection in order to meet the new requirement. |
