| 摘 要： | 人民武装警察部队是我国国家武装力量的重要组成部分,担负着国家赋予的安全保卫任务。《中华人民共和国人民武装警察法》的制定是落实依法治国方略、保证国家力量理性实施的需要,也是规范和保障武警部队履行使命的需要。同时,《中华人民共和国人民武装警察法》的制定见证了中国法治发展的足迹,彰显了法治的力量,必将在法治中国的建设过程中发挥其积极作用。
