A Simple Analysis on the Cognitive Styles of FDI and Students'''' Listening Comprehension in Police College

During the whole processes of English teaching and learning ,listening comprehension is the most important part. With the development of society ,foreign cases become more and more ,so it is very important to improve students＇ listening ability in police college .The cognitive styles of FDI has advantages and disadvantages ,and provide theoretical basis for the study of college students＇ cognitive styles and English listening comprehension training .In the practical training and teaching ,English teacher should follow the characteristics of students＇ cognitive styles ,use suitable principles to lead students ,and improve the whole level of students＇ listening comprehension ability in police college eventually and effectively .
