| 摘 要： | 科技强警是推进公安工作的必由之路。在推进公安工作信息化的过程中,应该统筹规划,注重实效,高起点、高标准地开展公安信息化建设,坚持以用为本,以用促建的原则,并在此基础上大力开发公安工作应用软件和深入研究公安信息系统的应用。
