| 摘 要： | 在现代化的世界性历史进程中，整个世界都在从彼此相熟的村落社会走向彼此不熟的制度社会，熟人构成的社会正逐步丧失其功能，而为生人构成的社会所取代。在这一过程中，人们必须寻求可以为大家共同接受的制度，即使这个制度只能在较低的限度上满足需要。

| Abstract: | In the historical process of world modernization, the whole world is moving from village society in which everybody knows each other to system society in which people don't know each other. The society composed of acquaintances is gradually losing its function and is replaced by society of strangers. In this process, people must search for a system acceptable to all even if it can satisfy the demands only at a low level. |
