| Abstract: | The author is the first to mention the snake-pit claim interiorly. The snake-pit claim is an examination lawsuit of unconstitutional acts. When the government breaks the article of "proper legal process" and pushes a citizen into the danger, and the citizen is aggrieved by other citizens natural factors, the government must take the responsibility of compensation. |
