| Abstract: | The basic means against the crimes commitled by organized criminal gangs is political, economic,legal,administrative,cultural and educational. The basic characteristics of the means are of sociality, systematicness and complementarity, and have an object in view. The methods should be comprehen sively applied in a mutually complementary way,to make the strike forceful. |
