摘    要:模拟法庭的课程设计应当打破目前分散设置、各自为政的现状,追求立体的教学目标,进行立体化的课程设置;让学生有足够的机会轮流扮演诉讼中各主要角色,同时展开司法文书写作、诉讼策略设计与法庭辩论等训练;相应的,考核方式等应当作适当调整.

Abstract:The curriculum of the moot court should break the decentralized situation nowadays, pursue the three-dimension goal of teaching and have the three-dimension curriculum. It should give students enough chances to play the main roles at law and have the training of the judicial clerk, the design of the litigation strategy and the legal debate and so on. Correspondingly, the assessment should make some adjustment.
