浅析高校思想政治教育个体发展功能

目前,我国高校对学生的培养大多仍停留在墨守成规的模式中,按照一定的模式生产"标准件",这些"标准件"步入社会以后不能够适应瞬息万变的社会大环境,不能够改变环境,又不能改变自己,在激烈的竞争中无数次的被淘汰,结果可想而知。思想政治教育在培养学生的个体发展中起到了至关重要的作用,在学生掌握适应社会大环境的基本技能基础上,再因材施教善其所长的帮助学生挖掘自己的潜质,在社会大环境中游刃有余的发展,在高校中发展个体发展功能是十分必要的。
