硕士研究生培养质量评价方法探析

摘    要:近年来,随着社会进步,我国经济不断飞速发展,不仅带动了硕士研究生教育的发展,也对硕士研究生培养质量提出更高的要求.自恢复硕士研究生教育以来,我国就非常重视硕士研究生培养质量,强调“质量是学位与研究生教育的生命线”,“高水平、高质量的硕士研究生是国家和社会急需的较高层次的人才”.伴随着硕士研究生招生数量的增加,社会进步与经济发展对研究生的期许也越来越高.纵观硕士研究生培养的发展方向,以及社会发展、经济建设需求,提高研究生的培养质量已经成为研究生教育与人才培养的重要内容.建立科学、合理的评价方法是一个值得高校、社会及政府认真思考的重要任务.应当从评价指标和评价原则的确立入手,具体分析如何确定评价标准、如何量化评价标准并确定不同评价标准的权重比例.最终构建一套量化的硕士研究生培养质量评价方法.

Analysis of Training Quality and Evaluating Methods of Gtaduate Strdents

Abstract:In recent years, with social progress, the rapid growth of our country's economy brings along the develop- ment of graduate education, and puts forward the higher requirements for the training quality of graduate students as well. Since graduate education was recovered, our country has attached great importance to the training quality of graduate stu- dents, and has laid stress on Quality is the lifeline of academic degree and graduate education, High-level and high-qual- ity postgraduate students are more advanced talents meeting the great need of the State and society. With the increase of recruit number of graduate students, the expectation of the social progress and economic development is becoming bigger and bigger for graduate students. According to a survey of the development direction of the postgraduate students training and the requirements of social development and economic construction, the improvement of the training quality of post- graduate students has been the important content of postgraduate education and talents training. To set up a scientific and reasonable evaluation method is an important task which is worth seriously thinking for colleges and universities, society and government. This paper begins with the establishment of evaluating indicators and evaluating principles, and specifi- cally states how to establish the evaluating standards, how to make a quantification thereof, and establish the balance pro- portion among the different evaluating standards. At last, this paper sets up a set of quantitative evaluating methods for the training quality of postgraduate students.
