| Abstract: | After the financial crisis broke out in Southeast Asia, the overseas enterprises of ethnic Chinese businessmen in Southeast Asia were badly attacked. Therefore, the Southeast Asian ethnic Chinese have carried out a range of strategic recapitalization and restructuring. With the recovery of regional economies, the overseas enterprises of Southeast Asian ethnic Chinese have also gradually extricated themselves from business predicament, and the recapitalization and restructuring have won initial success. |
