贵州省区域协调发展存在的问题研究

近年来,贵州省经济发展的速度和质量稳步提高,工业化、城镇化、农业现代化与生态环境保护等都取得了显著的成绩。但是贵州省区域协调发展存在一些比较突出的问题,主要表现在：区域非均衡增长加剧,中心城市辐射带动力较弱;尚未形成有利于区域协调发展的利益分配机制;区域间基本公共服务水平仍有较大差距;城镇化水平较低,城乡二元经济结构现象突出;区域间产业关联度低,农业经济效益和产品竞争力低下;生态环境的脆弱性制约了区域的协调发展;少数民族地区发展稳定的任务艰巨;促进区域协调发展的制度保障不够完善。

Study on Issues in Regional Coordinated Development in Guizhou

Significant progress has been made in the development of industrialization, urbanization, agri-mod- ernization and ecology protection in recent years in Guizhou, provincial economy steadily developing. However, out- standing problems exist in the regional coordinated development, examples of which include： the enhancement of imbalanced increasing among regions, the weakness of radiation influence of central cities, the ineffectiveness of benefit allotting mechanisms, differences of fundamental public services, low level of industrial connection among different areas, etc.
