略论贵州三次产业加快提速协调发展

三次产业都要加快提速、协凋发展,这是贵州又好又快、更好更快发展的重要支撑。文章基于对三次产业之间相互关系、贵州产业发展的总体现状、贵州产业发展的关键环节的考察研究,认为在今后一个相当长的时期内,对贵州经济社会发展起决定性作用的仍是工业经济,并在此基础上提出了如下建议：以工业发展壮大整体经济实力,以工业理念提升农业、发展农村、致富农民,以工业驱动第三产业加快发展,从而筑牢贵州科学发展、后发赶超基石。

Accelerated and Coordinated Development of Tertiary Industry in Guizhou

The development of the three industries should be accelerated and coordinated, which is an important support of the Fast-and-sound Development of Guizhou. Having studied the interaction between different industries and the present situation of the overall development, this article holds that industrial economy will always be critical to the eco and social development of Guizhou in a considerable period of time, and that relevant measures should be taken to further improve industrial development.
