| 摘 要： | 在我国,权利冲突已成为普遍的存在,但不是一种正常的存在。因此,对于权利冲突应立于防止、减少、消除上。权利冲突的解决应为权利划定边界,并导致权利冲突的消灭。但是,权利冲突不会因此彻底消失,而是在合理的范围内存在。

| Abstract: | In china,conflict of rights has existed widely,but its existence is not natural.So conflict of rights ought to be prevented,reduced or eliminated.The settlement of conflict of rights should be the demarcation of rights,and this will conduce to the inexistence conflict of rights.But conflict of rights will not disappear completely and it will exist in a reasonable range. |
