关于构建和谐社会的分析与建议

综合考察影响社会和谐的诸多因素,从根本上讲,关键是政治体制改革与经济体制改革不同步,经济市场化缺乏政治民主化的保障。基于这种分析,我们必须以政治民主化为突破口,结合中国的国情提出综合解决方案。与此同时,我们认为,对一些在市场化过程中出现的突出问题,政府也有必要采取行政措施。这样做不仅可以减少阵痛、降低成本,还可以争取时间。

Analysis and Suggestion about Forming Harmonious Society

The key to all the factors that affect social harmony,is not the same pace of political reform and economic reform,and economical marketability lacks the guarantee of political democratization.Therefore,we must take the political democratization as breakthrough;combining with Chinese national conditions.At the same time,the government should take administrative measure to solve the prominent questions which appears in the market process.To do like this may reduce the pain and the cost,and may strive for the time.
